Why grout matters at the final inspection
A general bond clean wipes tiles over but rarely deep-cleans the grout, so black shower corners and grey kitchen grout are often still there at the final inspection. That turns into a dispute over the bond, a second visit, or an owner paying to fix it before the next tenant. A tile and grout clean the day before the bond clean takes it off the list.

Between tenancies
For owners, the empty week between tenants is the best time to clean and seal grout: the next condition report starts from clean, and sealed grout stays presentable through the tenancy. Tell us who provides keys and where the invoice goes.
What we don’t do
Regrouting, re-tiling, waterproofing, shower leak repairs and silicone replacement. If we see any of those problems, we tell you before starting rather than cleaning something that needs a tradesperson. Outdoor tiles, pavers and pool surrounds go to our sister brand, PressClean Darwin.

Questions from property managers
Can the outgoing tenant book and pay directly?
Yes. Forward them this page or the price sheet. They book online, we clean the day before their bond clean, and they pay us after the job by secure link. You get the before/after photos.
Can we book for an owner between tenancies?
Yes. Book on the same published prices, tell us who provides keys or access, and we invoice the owner or the agency, whichever you prefer.
Do you send photos?
Yes. Before and after photos of each room go to the property manager after every job, for the file and the next condition report.
What if the grout is damaged rather than dirty?
We tell you before doing anything. Cracked or missing grout, loose tiles and signs of a shower leak need a tiler or waterproofer, not a clean. We don’t do repairs, so we won’t clean it and bill you for something cleaning can’t fix.
Is there a call-out fee for rural properties?
No. Darwin, Palmerston, Howard Springs and Humpty Doo are all the same published prices. The minimum booking is $159. Rural jobs are grouped onto set days, so give us a couple of dates.
How quickly can you do a vacate clean?
Often within a few days. Put the handover date in the booking notes and we’ll confirm straight away whether we can make it.
